Supa Pirate Booty Hunt animation was an official nomination at the 2012 iTV Film Festival and was up for best animation. SPBH creators Steve Sievers & Dahveed were invited guests at the kick off party at Icon La Ultra Lounge and got to walk the red carpet for interviews & photos. Pics from the event are below:

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt is an official selection of the 2012 iTV Festival and is up for best animation. This year, iTV Fest has expanded into a Pop Culture convention called Pop Con LA. Supa Pirate Booty Hunt is having a booth at the convention and animation will screen during the animation block on Sunday July 8 at 11 AM. Also, SPBH creators will be speakers on the indie animation panel at noon tomorrow. iTV Fest/Pop Con LA is happening at the Los Angeles Convention Center today & tomorrow. Supa Pirate Booty Hunt was up for best animation at iTV Fest and screened 4 of their episodes at Laemmle’s Sunset 5 Movie Theater in West Hollywood. SPBH voice actors Greg Eagles & Neil Kaplan were attendance. SPBH creators Steve Sievers & Dahveed did a Q & A with the audience after the screening. Below are pics from it:
